ZOUNDREAM AG with address at Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area – WSJ-500.1.101, Lichtstrasse 35, 4056, Basel (Switzerland), and with representative in the Union: Zoundream, S.L. (firstname.lastname@example.org); and Zoundream, S.L. with address at Calle Llacuna 162, c/o Incubadora d’Empreses Gloriès – Barcelona Activa – Barcelona (08018), undertake to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), and/or any other applicable data protection regulations.
Zoundream AG and Zoundream, S.L. inform that they shall process as data controllers the personal data of your representative/s, as well as those of your employees and other contact persons who may intervene in our relationship with the purpose of performing and maintaining the pre-contractual and contractual relationship existing between us, as well as complying with the legal obligations arising from such relationship. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contractual relationship between us, the legitimate interest pursued by Zoundream AG and Zoundream, S.L. and the compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The data will be kept during the development of this relationship, and the years necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
The data may be disclosed to those third parties to whom we’re legally or contractually obliged to disclose them. For internal administrative purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the group of undertakings, it is necessary for Zoundream AG or Zoundream, S.L. to access and process the personal data of your representatives, employee’s and other contact persons who may intervene in our relationship. This disclosure of personal data may be made between Zoundream AG (Basel, Switzerland) and Zoundream, S.L. (Barcelona, Spain) or vice versa. The disclosure is made between two countries that have an adequate level of data protection based on the legitimate interest indicated in Recital 48 of the GDPR.
The data subjects may exercise their rights of access, to rectification, erasure, restrict processing, data portability and object by writing to the addresses of the Parties indicated here or by sending an email to email@example.com. If they haven’t obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights, they may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es).
