CANDIDATES PRIVACY NOTICE
In this statement, Zoundream Group informs you about how your personal data contained in your curriculum vitae (CV), and those collected during the recruitment process shall be processed:

- Purpose:
Your information shall be processed with the purpose of managing the recruitment procedure, evaluate the adequacy of your candidature and include you as a potential candidate to be recruited by Zoundream.
- Retention period:
The retention period of your personal data will depend on whether you’ve applied to an open recruitment procedure or if you’ve submitted your resume outside of an open recruitment procedure.
If you’ve applied to an open recruitment procedure for a specific position, your data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and until the position(s) are actually filled.
If your application is spontaneous and is not linked to a specific recruitment process, your data will be kept for a period of one (1) year from the time it they have been recorded. After this period, the data will be erased, unless you’ve updated your data and confirmed your application.
- Legal basis of the processing:
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data will depend on whether you’ve applied in a recruitment procedure or whether you’ve submitted your resume outside of an open recruitment process.
If you’ve applied to an open recruitment procedure for a specific position, the legal basis to process your personal data is the need to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR).
If your application is spontaneous and is not linked to a specific recruitment process, the legal basis to process your personal data is your consent, granted by sending your curriculum vitae or applying to our job application (Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR). Your consent is also the legal basis for us to contact your former employers and confirm the references included in your resume. We remind you that you can withdraw your consent at any time so we would stop processing your data, the withdrawal shall not affect the legal basis of the processing carried out until that time.
- Recipients:
Your personal data will be processed by Zoundream without disclosing them to any third party. However, for internal administrative purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the group of undertakings, it is necessary for Zoundream AG to access your personal data as a job applicant for Zoundream. Zoundream AG is located in Switzerland (SIP Basel Area AG, Lichtstrasse 35, 4056 Basel. Representative in the Union: Zoundream, S.L.), a country that does provide an adequate level of data protection. The transfer of your personal data, and the further access and processing thereof is carried on the basis of the legitimate interest stated in Recital 48 of the GDPR.
- Processing of your personal data by Zoundream AG:
As indicated in point 5 of this privacy notice, your personal data shall be disclosed to Zoundream AG, which will process your personal data as the data controller. Zoundream AG is the parent company of the Zoundream Group, located in Switzerland (SIP Basel Area AG, Lichtstrasse 35, 4056 Basel. Representative in the Union: Zoundream, S.L.), a country with an adequate level of data protection.
Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of managing your application, analyzing the suitability of your application and including you as a participant in a selection process in the Zoundream Group. The processing of your personal data by Zoundream AG is governed by the provisions of this privacy notice, and you may exercise your rights as indicated in point 7 of this notice.
- Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data, where appropriate and when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected you can request its erasure, in addition you can exercise the right to restrict the processing, also the right to object, to request data portability and not to be subject to automated decisions.
In order to exercise those rights, you may contact us by writing to our postal address or e-mail indicated in section 1 of this document.
In the event that you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through its website https://www.aepd.es/
