ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE POLICY
Values and Responsibilities
In today’s AI-driven landscape, ensuring the responsible and ethical development and use of artificial intelligence is essential.
At Zoundream, we recognize the critical importance of trustworthy and accountable AI systems in all aspects of our operations. Our commitment to responsible AI is formalized through the Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS), which is guided by the ISO/IEC 42001 standard.
Zoundream’s objectives for responsible AI align closely with our business goals, focusing primarily on meeting legal, ethical, and societal obligations applicable to our activities.
Central to our AI governance is our commitment to compliance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) and other AI-specific regulations and ethical guidelines in the countries where Zoundream operates.
Beyond legal compliance, we are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers, partners, and stakeholders regarding responsible AI use, transparency, fairness, and accountability.
Zoundream ensures that we have the necessary human resources, organizational frameworks, technological infrastructure, and governance practices in place to manage the lifecycle of our AI systems responsibly. This comprehensive approach aims to prevent risks and ensure that our AI solutions are safe, effective, and aligned with their intended purposes.
Across all levels of the company, there is a shared commitment to uphold responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, human oversight, and accountability, as well as implementing the controls and safeguards defined in our AIMS.
We require all entities under Zoundream to comply with our established AI governance policies and procedures, with a steadfast focus on ensuring the ethical use of AI and the protection of personal data.
Our company is committed to ensuring that our personnel understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to AI, including the potential impacts of AI use and the importance of responsible practices.
Zoundream actively promotes ongoing training and awareness across the organization regarding responsible AI. This includes a structured plan for educational activities, monitoring implementation, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Our responsible AI approach adheres to core principles:
- Accountability ensures clear assignment of roles and responsibilities throughout the AI lifecycle, supported by robust oversight and impact assessments.
- Fairness ensures that our AI systems avoid bias and provide equitable outcomes across diverse user groups.
- Transparency guarantees that users and stakeholders understand how AI systems work, their capabilities, and limitations.
- Human Oversight ensures that AI systems support—not replace—human judgment, with clear guidelines for intervention.
- Reliability and Security safeguard the stable operation of AI systems and the protection of the data they process.
- Privacy ensures personal data is handled responsibly, with explicit consent and strong safeguards.
We also embed “responsibility by design” and “responsibility by default” into the development of new AI solutions, ensuring that ethical and regulatory considerations are integrated from the outset.
Zoundream is dedicated to continuous improvement. We regularly review and update our AI management practices to ensure they remain effective, proportional to risks, and aligned with evolving legal, technical, and societal expectations.
We also maintain a dedicated and active mechanism for reporting AI-related concerns or adverse impacts. All stakeholders, including customers, partners, users, and the general public, can contact us directly at [email protected] to raise any concerns about our AI systems. All information received will be managed with total confidentiality, and we are committed to addressing each report with care and responsibility.
